The place is amazing! starting with the +, the backyard is spacious & the house is family friendly, it has a washer&dryer, the pool is 10/10. the rooms have AC & they work VERY WELL. the house is big on the inside & all of the appliances there worked perfectly, the refrigerator was big & had water waiting for us! 2 bathrooms, outside you have a hammock, a grill & a table to sit at. Now the other side, i had to wait to be let in, I guess someone locked the door by accident, so i waited about 10 minutes &the person managing the house came to unlock, very nice guy! the house was clean but theres noticeable stains on the bed (i always bring my own sheets) the drawers in the room also weren’t cleaned out so there were just random dirt & items left behind & the grill wasn't available until i asked & it was fixed immediately. not many downsides, other than the mosquitoes! close the doors at ALL times! Only real downside is that i left my twins floor mats & wasnt able to get it back 🥲

House just like on the pics. Nice and clean place. Quiet neighborhood. Clean pool. Very close to the beach. Grocery stores near by. Recommend to anyone.

Perfect location for our family! Minutes from the beach and the delicious kioskos.
