A beautiful location on the quieter, less commercialised north beach area of Scarborough, with amazing views of the expansive beach at one side of the apartment, and a wooded hillside and Peasholm Park to the other. Really quiet at night: that and the comfy cosy beds made for a great night’s sleep. Visited with my elderly Mum, who has limited mobility, so being at the Sands with level access, lift and on-site parking made everything as easy as it could be. The apartment itself was lovely, very luxurious and spotless, newly and nicely furnished and finished, no grotty mouldy corners in the bathroom, or scuffed paintwork like you’d get in some holiday apartments. Proximity to the beautiful beach was another plus point, great walks for watching the waves, the birds and the brave winter surfers! My Mum really enjoyed her birthday treat of a luxury weekend in Scarborough, we’d both visit again!
