Our stay was average. The location provided on Airbnb was inaccurate and took us 7 kms away from actual place. The accurate location was provided by the listing manager but wasn't able to guide us to the property when we were close by. The plus point of the property is its proximity to the beach with just a 2 mins walk. Room was clean and comfortable. The tap water was too salty, maybe because the locality is still under development and might be an issue for all properties nearby. One thing which caused us trouble was availability of hot water. It might have been a temporary issue but we had to follow-up multiple times with the caretaker, who kept us assuring that it'll be available in few minutes. After waiting for an hour, we had to finally take a cold shower. The overall stay was okay and would've been worth for a lesser tariff.

We stayed here for 10 days and in general it was great. Very helpful staff (owner helped us to pay for a taxi because we didn’t have local money and borrowed some money until we could change in a local exchange office), good breakfast, nice location near to the beach. Quiet at night, not so many rooms, so there are not so many guests.

Terrible experience and host is not bothered to address the issue. Didn't enjoy our stay and checked out same day because of no power back and A/C , fan not working.

1. Clean sparking rooms with a lot of natural light and a nice balcony which gets a lot of sun. 2. A staff who comes to clean the rooms everyday. 3. A 2 minute walk from the beach. 4. You can get great local recommendations from the host Bawa. 5. Expect a lot of greenery, palm trees and birds like kingfishers on trees around the property. 6. The balcony has nice views of the back waters.
