Kate and Greg’s place is perfection. Picturesque surroundings, a short drive into town and just what is needed for a lovely Berkshires retreat. Kate and Greg were very responsive if I had any questions, and their thorough binder explained everything about the place very well. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed with a group of seven friends to hang out for two nights for my birthday, and it was perfect. I feel like it was an even nicer accommodation in person than I thought it would be from the pictures and description (the pictures and descriptions were really nice but it was an even better feeling in person)! Everything was great and we look forward to coming back and staying again in warmer months.

Such a lovely, comfy home. The view is gorgeous and so relaxing. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, restorative getaway with good friends.

Kate and Greg's place is an actual oasis. It has the most wonderful, relaxing vibes. Perfect place to disconnect. The views of the lake are amazing and there are so many different angles to watch the water from. Loved having the binoculars there to watch the ducks, beavers, geese, etc... The house itself is so tastefully decorated and full of unique pieces of furniture, art, and other decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, including spices, oils, teas, etc. There was so much space. It would be so perfect for a big family or people with older children who like their own space. The real gems are the hot tub, which is fabulous at sunset and later at night when the stars come out. And the gazebo/deck area up on the hill by the side of the house. There is a gorgeous view from there, a deck with a table, a fire pit, and a screened gazebo with electricity and comfy couches. Can't wait to go back in summer!
