We had the best time at the air bnb. Perfect for our family to celebrate new years with. They allowed for a later check out on New Years Day which we were grateful for. Kitchen was fully stocked, gorgeous views to the lake. It was spacious & you couldn’t hear your other guests which with kids & late sleepers is a plus. A few call outs, the gps put us all at the wrong location by a few houses so be aware. There was zero cell service unless connected to WiFi so going out was a little difficult getting your gps to work for awhile. Also, something i had not seen but think it’s important to know is there is a private gun range directly across the street. So Saturday morning at 815 we were woken up to rapid fire gun shots. We were fine with it but if you have kids or dogs who are scared something to keep note of. But we loved the house, communication was great, we would rent again & will recommend to others to check it out.

What a wonderful home with four large bedrooms and baths! It is great for a family reunion. Everything was so clean, stylish and welcoming. The outdoors were peaceful with much seating and a hammock for talking and just staring out on the lake!

The House is well-located for visiting attractions in the Berkshires like Norman Rockwell's museum and BSO performances. Instructions are clear. Bedrooms and bathroom are spacious, but lack basics like sufficient closets and towel racks. We rearranged furniture to help out. Only one really big bed for big people. Common areas are great for gatherings. In particular outdoor porch offers relaxing Pond view. Kitchen is a downside, stove is slow, limited pans, oven issues. Advertised for 10, lacks dinnerware for comfortable stay. These issues need fixing. Enjoy your stay.

We appreciated the location of the house, near Great Berrington, and the size of the house. However it is worth noting this house is not on the pond, there is no dock or direct access to the water. You must walk down the road a few hundred yards to get to the water. Not far, but not what we were expecting, can't just let children off to swim on their own. It was a fine place to stay but we felt like we overpaid.
