Guest registration and identification verification required. Check-out Time: 12:00 pm Housekeeping: The Present Hotel does NOT provide daily housekeeping during your stay. You can request stay-over service when here at the property by messaging us. Unit Information Bedroom: Premier 1 Bedroom Suite with a King Bed and a Queen Sofa Sleeper with Full Kitchen Bathroom: Bathroom with Walk-in Shower Important Information: Special: This is a third-floor unit that has 2 flights of stairs required to climb to access unit (NO Elevators at Property). Room is in the main tower of property is accessible via main entrance off Houston St. or Courtyard off East McDonough St. TV: Room has Smart TV with Apps and Xfinity Cable. Guest must provide their own log-in and passwords to access Apps. TV is located in Living Room area. Wi-Fi: The property has Free 1-gigabyte highspeed internet service through Xfinity and is shared by the whole property. Coffee-Maker: Unit has a Keurig Coffee Maker Items Provided: King Bed comes made with a fitted and flat sheet, Duvet Cover and Insert, quilt and 4 Pillows and cases Sofa Sleeper has fitted and flat sheet, quilt and 1 Pillow with case. Had the absolute best stay here in Savannah I highly recommend. The hotel is in the center of historic downtown Savannah right next to a beautiful little park. All of the restaurants and River Street is walkable from this location. Had an absolutely amazing time and the room is so unique and cute.
Scott's place is a perfect place to stay while visiting Savannah. It is located right on one of Savannah's beautiful squares in a gorgeous and very quiet neighborhood. Sites,restaurants and coffee shops are very easy to walk to from Scott's location. The apartment was so clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Excellent experience!
The Present was a decent place to stay especially in Savannah for the price. It was clean.The staff was friendly, the host, not so much.First impressions are everything. We arrived early( not excepting early check-in)and had to use the restroom. Unaware that there isn't one for customers to use. Odd since they give you a code for the"courtyard" in case you arrive early. We had to ask one of the workers if there was a restroom. She told us yes.We knocked on the door we were sent to. Scott(host) opened the door and asked what we wanted? We asked if there was a restroom. He said no and treated us like we were bums off the street. He asked us," who told you that there was a restroom?!" That's when the nice lady spoke up and said she did.After explaining we had reservations, he "allowed" us to use the staff bathroom but let us know it was really messy back there. The worst airbnb experience we've ever had from a host. He did let us get into our room at 2:30,so that was a decent gesture.

We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather! Uber and Lyft are also recommended.
