Great location and perfect for a big group of girls! It's a short walk to the park and a short Uber to the waterfront. I do wish that the pool was cleaned, but that's our only grievance. Overall a fantastic place for a girls trip!

My group absolutely loved staying here! It was a quick walk to Forsyth Park, which is so beautiful. The location was just a mile from everywhere we needed to be, so ubering at night was a breeze. There was also a grocery store that was just a ten minute walk from us. This home had such a beautiful charm to it, and was so beautifully decorated. Thank you Charlie for letting me and my group stay here!

Charlie was an extremely communicative host from booking to checkout. The property was extremely clean with comfortable beds and tasteful decor. Our group had a fantastic stay.

The apartment worked well for our 2 families - we appreciated the number of large comfortable beds (6 in all), lots of pillows and the overall aesthetic. The location is just ok for exploring Savannah - you need to drive or Uber closer into the action. It was a little deserted feeling at night and I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking alone. I feel that the apartment needs a good deep clean and maintenance - it's an old building so it's expected for it to be dusty, but there was lots of dust under the beds (and an old spare sock), on the light fixtures, a few of the curtains were broken or falling off. This didn't affect our stay, but for this price I would expect pristine condition. All in all, a good stay.
