We had a great stay at Tich’s house. Highly recommend staying here. Tich is warm, friendly and very easy to communicate with. The property is very comfortable to live in and was like home. As can happen, we had a toilet malfunction Christmas Eve!-unlikely to get a plumber at that time. Tich himself was able to provide a repair which was very acceptable and gave function, and sorted a full repair right after Christmas. The property is in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood, with lovely opportunities for evening walks. Is convenient to shops, eateries, transport and highways to Perth attractions. I would definitely stay with Tich again without hesitation. Thank you Tich 🙏😊

I recently stayed at Tich's lovely home. The whole time that myself and Tich were communicating he always was super friendly, helpful and responded fast. The home was fantastic, spacious, nice and clean and fully equipped which made our holiday so easy 😊 We loved the big outdoor table too! A great, safe neighbourhood with local amenities all within a short stroll away. I highly recommend this lovely home and would definitely stay again next time I visit Perth 😊 Thanks a lot, Justine

Great house and a great host. The house had everything as described and comes equipped with everything you need when you arrive and more. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and things you would need for a short, medium or long stay. All beds were comfy and clean with lots of wardrobe and drawers on each bedroom. There were some hot days while we stayed and the ducted air con worked a treat to keep the whole house cool and comfortable. The house suited the 6 of us staying for 10-12 days and the location was quiet and convenient with supermarket and mall 3 mins by car or a leisurely 10-15 min walk. Loved our stay and would highly recommend Tich’s house. Tich also communicates well and responds to messages quickly. 10 out of 10 for just about everything.
