Incredible apartment in the center of Madrid, next to Colón. It has been recently refurbished and has all the details. It is located in a privileged area, in the Barrio de Justicia a few meters from Colón, Paseo de la Castellana, Genoa, Chueca ... Surrounded by trendy restaurants in Madrid like Pointer, Habanera ... And next to the best shopping area in the city, the famous Golden Mile (Serrano Street) IT IS NOT A TOURIST HOUSING The apartment is newly renovated and has been taken care of until the last waist for your stay is perfect. It has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In addition the apartment has: AC, heating, wifi, hair dryer, bed linen, towels etc.

Pontos positivos: o apartamento é espaçoso para duas pessoas; cozinha completa; localização excelente, a pouquíssimos metros da estação de metro “colón”; cama confortável; chuveiro bom. Pontos a melhorar: cheiro desagradável no banheiro em duas noites (cheiro de banheiro público), aparenta vir do ralo que foi fechado ao lado do vaso, então é algo a ser consertado. Barulho do elevador: fiquei na dúvida em reservar o apartamento pelas diversas reclamações sobre o barulho dos elevadores, porém resolvi arriscar. O barulho existe e é perceptível, porém não me incomodou em nenhum momento, dormi tranquilamente todas as noites. Minha única reclamação é a respeito do cheiro do banheiro.

Un alojamiento muy confortable (para dos personas) en un lugar muy tranquilo de Madrid pero a pasos de los sitios turísticos por excelencia. Muy buen anfitrión!
Will book again. I was born and raised in Madrid and I can say that it’s a prime location for visiting the best that Madrid has to offer (city center, sol, museums, el retiro, etc). The building is secure and has a porter (like a building supervisor) 24/7. It’s on what we consider a semi-private street because it’s guarded by police since the Justice Palace (supreme court) is practically across the street. Although one avenue over it’s Colón (a big Columbus circle) inside the apt it’s quiet. The apartment was cleaned top to bottom. Regarding the other comments about a smell in the bathroom: it’s the pipes in the building but it’s not terrible, this is common in many buildings due to mineral water). I was concerned about the elevator noise people mentioned because I suffer from insomnia but compared to staying in other places where city noise is quite loud, it wasn’t bad at all! Staying at a hotel can be much worse noise wise. I have it bookmarked for my next visit.
