The apartment was very well situated and although it’s above a bar restaurant it wasn’t noisy at night, (helped by the double glazing and solid shutters) and we all slept well. The communal area is very smart and clean, well kept stairs and doorways give a really good impression from the start and the apartment itself is really lovely and smart and light. We stayed with our son and his partner who had the sofa bed upstairs and it was perfect for the four of us on two separate floors with a lovely outside space on the roof. We all loved it. Nacho communicates well and is very helpful. Don’t be put off by the narrow street either as taxis and Ubers are happy to drop you at the door or pick you up from it. The location is perfect as well, walking distance from anything you want to see and with lots of restaurants nearby and it’s a great area to just wander around or sit and people watch.

The apartment is in a perfect location, a short walk from all the major attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Although there is a restaurant on the ground floor, we did not have any issues with noise. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay (it has a hob and microwave but no oven). Having outside terraces was a real bonus and the view of the cathedral, especially at night, was wonderful. The spiral staircase is quite tight, but manageable. We also wondered how to get out the street door without a key (see earlier review) but a quick message to Nacho and he explained that there was a button on the opposite wall which opened the door. I would happily recommend this apartment for a couple planning a few days in Seville.

The location is in the very heart of old city, everything is close by. It also has a lovely terrace, definitely recommend it to everyone who’d like to visit Seville.

Todo muy limpio y muy cercano al interés turístico en el casco viejo. Preciosa vista desde la azotea a la catedral. Lo que sí le sugeriría es que ponga en la cocina servilletas o Papel toalla porque nos vimos necesitados de eso en algunos momentos. Algo complicado lo del check out por el manejo de las llaves. Necesitas otra persona que aguante la puerta abajo para que no te quedes encerrado en lo que las dejas en apartamento. Nada que no se pueda resolver con un poco de ayuda. De todas maneras muy complacidos por la estadía y recomendable.

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen. Wir genossen als Familie sehr alles fußläufig erreichen zu können. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse mit dem Blick auf die Kathedrale.
