We have had a fantastic weekend staying at the cottage. Looks just like the photos and the inside was super clean! It was equipped with everything we needed and even had some board games. The beds were very comfortable and cosy. The outside space was a bonus too especially with the weather we had. Each room has heating which is great for the cold nights. Helen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to check in and be able to have a cup of tea and biscuits which were already in the cottage after a long drive. Thank you again.

The coach house was the ideal place to stay for Brighton marathon, it’s only a short 5 min walk to Preston park and 25 min walk into the centre. Lovely welcoming touches such as wine, bread milk and the radio playing upon arrival. Super easy check in via the lockbox and secure parking and Helen offered us late check out which was much appreciated post marathon. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at the Coach House. The description and pictures were all very accurate and directions very clear. Having a car park at the place was so brilliant, as parking in the area is all restricted. The location is super convenient with a bus stop close by, so access to the centre of Brighton was easy. The coach house was warm and cosy, well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and plenty of drawer space to unpack into so that we could make ourselves at home. Thank you Helen, we would love to stay again.

Great little getaway cottage for myself, partner and two daughters. The upfront communication was great and clear instructions received on finding the cottage and check in procedure. On arrival really lovely to have bread, milk and butter provided….plus a lovely bottle of Malbec which was a nice touch. The accommodation itself is lovely and spacious and just right for the 4 of us. Lots of great advice on restaurants and getting into Brighton….the buses were really frequent and very cheap compared to our ones at home (kids went free !). All in all a really lovely few days away and a great base to explore the attractions that Brighton has to offer. Thanks Helen, we had a brilliant time !
