Comfortable, cozy and quiet location. Just what we needed to do Mayo Clinjc pre op apts and surgery. Small cheerful gas fireplace in living area faced a comfortable sofa. Our favorite evening gathering place! Kitchen well appointed. Very sturdy and comfortable beds.

Phong's home was in a quiet neighborhood and was a wonderful place to return to after my many Dr. visits and tests at Mayo. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The living room was cozy and had a lovely warm fireplace. The kitchen space was nice and roomy and worked well for the many meals we prepared. Phong was a friendly and responsive host.

Phong is a very good host. Any questions we had was very responsive in a very timely manner. Location was great for us. Would recommend and will stay their again if we are in the area.

Phong’s place is clean, organized and cozy. It’s very close to Mayo, which was so convenient. Phong was so accommodating and flexible with us while we waited for confirmed appointments at Mayo, which at times were at the very last minute. We felt safe and the fire place was the BEST touch! I did a LOT of searching and reading of reviews etc. when trying to locate an Airbnb or hotel near Mayo and this place is one of the best price points, for the size and location, that you will find when comparing similar homes. And that’s the idea with this spot, not to feel like you are on an exotic destination (that’s another type of trip), but to feel like you’re at home. Thanks, Phong!
