Close enough to enjoy the delights of Abersoch and its stunning beaches and within easy walking distance of the beach at Hell's Mouth and the coastal path. Boasting a large enclosed sunny garden with off road parking and just a few minutes walk away from the fabulous dog-friendly Sun Inn. Enjoy a relaxing drink with your barbecue in the large private and enclosed sunny garden after a day on the beach. Appreciate the many water sports or coastal walks in the amazing surroundings. Alternatively snuggle up in front of the cosy stone fireplace with wood burner and enjoy pub meals and long walks on quiet beaches, out of season. The gorgeous coastal kitchen includes a farmhouse range cooker with induction hob, grill and two ovens, large fridge/ freezer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, and dining area. From the kitchen there is a door leading straight out to the large sunny enclosed garden & patio area, with BBQ table and chairs, where you will also find an additional seating area with rattan sofas and table to enjoy a drink and/or eat whilst taking in the magnificent views out to Hell's Mouth and the surrounding countryside. There is a Smart Television with Freesat channels; Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. with a second Smart TV in the master bedroom. The fully tiled bathroom has both a shower and bath, with heated towel rail and storage. The cottage is nestled alongside the 16th Century Medieval St Engans Church, down a short narrow private road (fine for all vehicles with care) and there is parking for 2 cars with a gate.
