Although the location was excellent and the place (though smaller than it looks in photos) was clean, arriving on the first day with no duvet covers and unmade beds/ unkempt bedding was a huge out off and let down for our kids. We didn’t get a satisfactory response from ‘Classy comfort’ so I didn’t waste any more time and called AirbNB directly who solved the problem the following day. But for the first night, not great experience. I don’t think there is any acceptable excuse for bedding expectations not being bed.

Cottage is owned by Oliver's company, Classy Comfort. If you have an issue, it's only dealt with during office hours by said company - or not dealt with! Having agreed to me adding a guest to stay in the second bedroom, despite having all day to sort it, the bed hadn't been made up. Luckily there was spare bedding for the twin bed in the main bedroom. Wifi network and password were different to the instructions; had to find the router to sort that. Also no towels were provided, despite saying they would be. Messaged 'Oliver' about it but, despite the messages being read, no one responded. I asked for towels to be delivered the next day. They weren't. Had to buy some. They arrived on day 3. No apology and too late. Shame, because the cottage was very central, clean and quiet, with comfy beds, but it had a few issues - no teaspoons, not enough saucepans, showers that overflowed unless you removed the waste traps. Won't be back in April, as lack of personal attention is an issue for me.

Great location for the city. We had a busy itinerary but did manage to fit in a visit to the burger place on the corner - amazing! Thanks to whoever mentioned that in their review! The place was functional but a bit tired. We struggled for space in the living area with us an our daughter. If we had been on a weekend visit we probably wouldn’t of noticed but staying longer it became really noticeable. The admin process required, ahead of the stay, was excessive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, accommodation was very clean, bed was large and very comfortable. Central location within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants & public transport. Oliver was very helpful in allowing us to extend our stay by one night, thank you.
