We have been staying at AMI for years and this is the second year in a row we stayed here because we love the house and location. Michael and Jennifer were responsive and helpful, Great hosts!! Walked to beach and shopping if needed. Can't say enough!

This location is the perfect place for staying on Anna Maria. We had no issues at all with our stay in March 2024, great communication from the host, and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. You can walk to everything easy, especially the beach, as well as multiple great food options and the Publix grocery store. You would not need to drive at all if you didn’t want to – which is perfect as traffic can be heavy to the island during spring break. The property looked just like the photos, very well stocked, and super clean. The bed and living room furniture were also very comfortable which is important to us. Kitchen was very well stocked; it has everything you need for cooking just about anything. It was also quiet, and we did not hear anything out of the other adjacent units during our stay. Again, I highly recommend this host and property!

100% happy with our stay at Casa Coconut. The location was perfect--literally across the street from the beach. Love the beach chairs/chaises--did not have to bring my own or rent on the beach! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Extra towels-both for bath and beach were awesome. Great communication. If I ever go back to Anna Maria Island, will be happy to stay there again.

Sehr gute Lage, nah beim Strand und dennoch ruhig. Der Strandabschnitt innunmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es hat öffentliche Toiletten und ein Snack Restaurant, was mit Kindern sehr praktisch ist. Weiter hat es auch gleich um die Ecke einen Publix Supermarkt.
