The location and balcony to water views was super. The linens were very clean. Kitchen was spacious. But, the furniture was heavily soiled - we didn’t sit on it the entire week. Same for the area rugs in the bedrooms- VERY dirty, which is off-putting bc we couldn’t truly RELAX. Pls, pls remove rugs or get new. There were not enough king pillows - per bed. And not one blanket for chilly nights? The balcony only has two chairs, but condo is a 4 person. The balcony floor also is in need of a good wash- our flip flops started tracking in dirt from balcony - kinda gross. For what you pay- more attention should be paid to these basic details that would enhance the guests stay immensely. I do hope some of these issues are resolved w some updating and cleaning protocols added to housecleaning bc we would love to return. AMI reps were great tho- super responsive !

Couch and furniture was nasty, Tile in living room was broke, Both mattresses are wore out, 2nd bedroom mattress had urine stains. Had to buy air mattress for kids to sleep on because they wasn't sleeping in urine. Nice location But terrible upkeep.

Great location but property needs maintenance, updating furniture / rugs and needs a good clean. Needs more attention especially for cost of stay!
