A fabulous home, clean, beautifully decorated, pool area is awesome and beach access is just a short walk away! Comfy beds and furniture! Kitchen is well stocked, grocery store close by and lots of restaurants within walking distance! Washer and dryer right in the kitchen was great! They start you out with toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/laundry detergent/etc… until you get to the store. We will definitely stay here again when we return to AMI!! The upper deck was the perfect spot to watch sunsets!! Also having the dumbwaiter lift was a bonus for getting groceries/luggage/etc upstairs!! The refrigerator downstairs by the pool area was perfect for drinks!!! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!!!

AMI was a wonderful company to work with and communication was topnotch. The only disappointment was the heated pool. Our number one priority for our vacation was a heated pool. The listing for the Tipsy Turtle said it had a heated pool. We stayed for 7 days and the pool was too cold to use. The pool maintenance man said the pool was set at 85 but it never reached anywhere near that number. The neighborhood was nice and the rest of the house was okay. The price that was paid was too much not to have a heated pool in January.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The view from the front balcony of the ocean and the sunsets was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable. All the amenities you need. I love that they put hooks everywhere to hang things like wet towels and bathing suits. It was great to be organized. Only negatives would be that it is beside a busy road so the traffic was loud and the beautiful pool in the back doesn't get any sun. It would probably be appreciated on very hot days. Sun tanning needed to be done on the front balcony which was lovely too. Everything was wonderful.
