The place felt warm and cozy. Definitely close to the beaches. Not much restaurants in the area, but we was able to find coffee. The heated pool was set at 85° but it still felt a little cold. A few extra rules than normal Airbnb, but it was doable. For the most part, it was very peaceful and away from city life. The beaches are a must. Thank you again for your hospitality

We walked into a beautiful clean paradise! The backyard is its own oasis, but the house is also near by some amazing beaches and restaurants! Everything we needed for beach day was found in the garage, as well as pool floats. We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood park in the mornings to watch the Manatees and dolphins. Location, location, location…… if Manatee Ave was busy we went over to Cortez. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we will return!

It was ok. The backyard and location is definitely the biggest Pro. Beautiful yard and Anna Maria is 10-15 min drive away, so great place if you’ll be out all day. Inside definitely didn’t reach my expectations, the towels/ couch were stained, second bathroom needed some maintenance and the check out list was longer than any other Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were nice and beds were comfy.
