The low ratings come due to what we encountered upon arrival. Checkin: was fast and friendly no issue. Location itself: Nice and close to everything however there were homeless people hanging out in the lobby right next to our room. Then two women in the parking lot were arguing in their car and made it very awkward to get to ours. The lobby to our room was also very always and uncomfortable there was a couple who we aren’t certain if they were guests or not but they were clearly homeless and not friendly just lingering in the hallway. This was very unpleasant because we didn’t expect to feel uncomfortable in our room but they literally were outside the room. Room: was clean and spacious for 3 no issue. I hate to leave a low review but some form of security or disclaimer is definitely needed so that guests know what they may or may not encounter.

Very spacious room with anything you’d need for an overnight stay. It was extremely clean and the hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful
