Close to the beach, relatively close to Bridgetown city centre, nearest supermarket about 12-15 min on foot. In the middle of the local community (people were very nice), we felt safe. The appartement was well equiped (kitchen, washing machine, A/C…) However, we could not sleep well because of the noises from outside (whistling frogs at night, roosters in the morning), A/C (which had to run the whole night because of the heat) right above the bed and not very comfortable bed.

Charlene is a super host. She was responsive whenever I had a question by email and phone calls and her recommendations for taxi drivers and restaurants were great. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

7 minute walk to carlisle bay, plenty of restaurants and activities there. 15 minute walk to Bridgetown. Close to a bus stop. AC, fans and everything in the kitchen work properly.

We had the best time at Charlene’s place! It was perfect for traveling around the island, just a 3 minute walk to a bus stop, and easy to find and easy to get a taxi. It is also a 5 minute walk to the beach. Charlene was super nice and helpful! She answer quickly and gives good local recommendations! The place was just like the pictures and we loved that it had a cute backyard!

Charlene’s 1 bedroom apartment is a great place for a couple to stay CLOSE to Carlisle Bay. A 5 minute walk through a nice quiet neighbourhood to one of the best beaches in the world. It is a little larger than a studio and well equipped with all items including a washer/dryer, and the much appreciated beach towels. Photos and description are accurate, and the apartment is very close walking distance to the beach, bus stops, bars, restaurants, grocery store and Bridgetown. We walked and took busses all of our stay to anywhere we wanted to go. Location is wonderful. Location is in a nice Bajan community with great friendly neighbourhoods that make the walking comfortable. We enjoyed saying hi to the guys at the shop next door on our way back each day. 😊 Breakfast in the garden is calming in the morning, spending time with the chickens, Tom the cat, and the geckos. A special note that Charlene is the best example of a Super Host! She is always available to looking after any issue.
