추운날씨임에도 불구하고 숙소는 매우 따뜻했고 더운물도 충분 한가지 아쉬운점은 와이파이가 잘 안터짐 저반적으로 가격대비 가성비 좋음

В апартаментах было чисто и тепло. Фотографии соответствуют действительности. Были предоставлены халаты, фен, термопот с чайными принадлежностями. Ужины были превосходными и состояли из национальных блюд. Персонал предупредительный и завтрак накрывали в удобное для нас время. Расположение идеальное рядом с западными воротами Ата-дарваза, откуда обычно все начинают экскурсию. Все очень понравилось, однозначно рекомендую.

Ruslan and his colleagues/staff were extremely responsive and helpful during my first visit to Khiva. They were in touch from the get-go and always ready if I had any special needs or requests -- especially at the end when I was nervous about what I needed to depart Uzbekistan and get to the airport in a different town. Very cozy room, the bed on its own is enough to make it very hard to leave, the air conditioning blows cold and the shower and toilet all work very well. The location can't be beat, you're in the middle of the old city inside the walls and can walk absolutely everywhere in minutes, including around the corner to the Terrassa for your morning coffee or lunch/dinner (I ate at various restaurants in town and it's the unquestionable #1 in Khiva. I didn't have a bad bite during any of my stops. I did have a WiFi issue that was being worked on while I was there, but it was only an issue because my normally trusty Uzbek SIM card with data was in some sort of dead zone in my room. Outside of that the signal was sort of hit-or-miss during my stay....BUT you can always walk 1 minute and use the cafe's signal. I doubt it's a long-term problem anyway. Will definitely be happy to recommend and come back, greatly enjoyed my stay!

Khiva is a magical city, but when you're travelling with two small kids, it's hard to find accommodation with two connected rooms within the Itchan Kala walls. Fortunately, Ruslan's suite in a building next to the Cafe Terrassa perfectly fits the bill. There are two bedrooms next to each other with two bathrooms in a completely enclosed space, part of a currently unused restaurant. It was perfect for our two toddlers, who slept and played in one bedroom while my wife and I slept in the other bedroom. The location of the suite is unbeatable -- within Itchan Kala and around the corner from the Kunya Ark and Kalta Minor just in front of the West Gate. Also, the Cafe Terrassa is excellent, particularly the lagman and manty. Put that all together, and you have the ideal option for family travelers. Ruslan was also very responsive and helpful over AirBnB and Whatsapp. We would definitely stay at Ruslan's place again.

Ruslan’s place is great, beautifully decorated and ideally located in the old city of Khiva. It was amazing to see all these wonders just by walking out of the apartment. We arranged a transfer with Ruslan and his brother Murod was waiting for us with a sign at Urgench airport! The apartment is a two-room and two-bathroom apartment, without a kitchen, but you can find places to eat near the apartment, even during low season! We would like to thank Ruslan and everyone a lot for their kindness, their reactivity and we will remember our stay in Khiva forever! Raxmat!!!
