We had a great stay, home was very comfortable for us and the dogs. Having a fenced yard was so appreciated. Latinya was very responsive and was easily able to answer any questions we might have. If you need a comfortable house with good beds this is the place for you. Being located near stores and restaurants made shopping and eating very nice. Thank you again for all you do.

I cannot express how wonderful Latinya is to work with. We had an ill family member and we weren't quite sure if we needed to stay in town for an extended period of time. Latinya not only offered her home for additional nights, but graciously gave us a late check out which was very appreciated. Her home is beautiful and cozy. The location is perfect with grocery stores and parks close by. This was our second time staying at Latinya's home and will definitely do so again!

We absolutely loved staying here! The home is beautiful, very well kept up. The beds and linens are wonderful. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it was so nice walking around the neighborhood or relaxing out back on the deck, the views are spectacular! Shopping is within a half mile away, super convenient. Our hostess was very gracious, friendly and responsive, available immediately if needed, and a perfect hostess overall. I can't say enough about this lovely home and if given the opportunity I will absolutely book here again. I highly recommend!

Place was in a nice area, there were no pictures on the walls, felt intrusive as they entered the home during our stay without consent and went through the house stating they were there to replace filters (altho they knew was long term stay) messaged multiple times for needing to get in again after already going there but was for nothing emergent then never fixed the sink leak we told they were allowed to enter for. Got a picket sign for short term permit meeting but host denied it was for there when in fact it was. Never had more than the max guests listed but had a few overnight guests which they at hed us constantly on their cameras and tried charging more than our agreed monthly charge but no clear instructions on not allowing a random guest. Cameras constantly clicked on so couldn’t even talk business outside which were private matters. So much so we left a week early bc our privacy kept getting infringed upon that we didn’t even say we checked out. were friendly but no privacy
