Tate à été une hôte très sympa et disponible. Elle est très arrangeante et à l’écoute. Le logement était conforme aux attentes, très bien aménagé et très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The location of this studio is phenomenal. You don't have a view of the Eiffel Tour, but it takes you 5 minutes on foot to get there. There's a decently sized grocery store nearby (Monoprix), and it's in between two metro stations. The bed is comfortable, the stove top is easy to use, the microwave is very modern and there is a washing machine. It's also fairly big for a studio in Paris. I didn't use the TV at all, but there is one, and the internet connection was fast and reliable (I worked from home and had no problems attending very long meetings). It is worth noting that the elevator doesn't go up all the way to the studio, however. You need to go up 2 flights of stairs that are fairly old school (winding staircases, narrow and curved). I know this is highly relevant if you're carrying a lot of luggage, like I was. Also, if you're not used to old Parisian doors, make sure you understand how to open the studio from the outside before the person who is welcoming you in leaves. There's a trick and I couldn't figure it out on my own, as I had honestly never seen a door like that before (it sounds strange, but it isn't. It made me feel safer during my stay, I just needed to be told what to do). I had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly recommend this place.

Tate and her husband were amazing hosts. I have never met such kind and helpful hosts. They were always available for any sort communications. Due to Corona Virus outbreak, I had to do an early checkout after 2 months of stay. But she was so kind to understand the emergency of the situation and helped us for an early check out while it was a long term stay. No body really does it! But she did it and I will remain forever greatful to her. Thanks to Tate and god bless her family.
