This villa was in a lovely area within wine country! Definitely need a car to get around. Very spacious villa that accommodated our whole party. Pool was brilliant for the children and the adults! Orange and lemon trees were in the grounds and kids had a great time picking fruit each day. The fruit tasted amazing. The host left a few grocery items to help get us started as we arrived late with children. Very kind and much appreciated! We were a bit hesitant after reading reviews about noise complaints as we had 4 children in our party, we didn’t receive any noise complaints, thankfully! Any questions or issues were addressed very promptly. Very responsive host. Other reviews mention no mobile signal, that is true but Wi-Fi was very quick so we used Wi-Fi calling apps. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend this villa.

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful relaxing luxury estate that this truly is!! The estate has absolutely everything I was hoping for plus, a very sweet bonus that being fresh lemons and oranges right out the front door to refresh you for your day! The pool was an 8ft deep pool w/waterfall that was a huge reason why I chose Hoang's property for my 8mo stay. Both he and his amazing wife were fabulous in communicating with me upon each and every need that arose and Hoang got it handled in a very swift motion which made for an even better stay! I highly recommend anyone that would like some fabulous rest & relaxation with, lots of Temecula luxuries to book this property ~~~ you will be so content and thrilled you did, as I was! This was such a great place to stay. Three of us stayed here for about 6 weeks for a work trip and it was nearly perfect. Check in was easy and Hoang was quick to respond when we needed anything. We had plenty of space for all of us. We loved the pool and fire pit. The only issues we had were an ant invasion (which Hoang addressed immediately) and that there’s no cell reception. Luckily the wifi is great and we could make wifi calls if we needed to. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and only 10 minutes to Old Town Temecula. The grounds are so nice with great views. Beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is amazing. Lot's of room for friends and family and very affordable when you share the cost with all house guests. I highly recommend staying a few days and checking out the local restaurants, shops and wineries.

Beautiful location. Very peaceful. House was HOT upon arrival. Major ant problem. 4th bedroom was not livable due to a foul smell. No pool towels. No cell service made it difficult for Uber communication.
