Gorgeous location and incredible service. We will remember our time at the cloud resort with our young children forever! Highly recommend. Listing description is currently inaccurate about sleeping spaces and needs editing. Clarify before you book if you have more than two in your party.

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud Resort. The views from the room are breathtaking and we enjoyed a wonderful sunset from a short hike you can take from the property. Inthizar is a host like no other and was incredibly helpful with his suggestions of things to do in the area. We had most of our meals at the Cloud Resort which I’d recommend. My partner and I are both vegan and this was catered for wonderfully. It’s worth noting that the property doesn’t have wifi which may make planning outings difficult (though Inthizar kindly supplied us with a phone to use as a hotspot). The area although beautiful is some way away from Kandy and we found we were quite reliant on our host to help us get around. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility away from it all, I’d highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing view, if the clouds and the weather is with you. Great service and very friendly, even offered a tour to hike up to the sunset.

If you come to Kandy you MUST stay with Inthizar. He was so helpful, and he hand delivered delicious meals to our room, took us on a cool hike to nearby mountain top at sunset. This amazing home is truly rustic luxury - you disconnect and take in the MOST INCREDIBLE views. We will be coming back with friends for a longer stay in the future. Thank you Inthizar for being the best part of our time in Sri Lanka.

The view is simply magnificent. I loved my room and the food was great too. Inthizar took excellent care of me and showed me places that i would never have seen otherwise. I had a great time at The Cloud and highly recommend it. Thank you for the good time!
