Clean and comfy! We had a great 3-night stay here--thank you, Paul! It was cool and rainy during our stay, but it didn't really matter given the views from the house. We loved seeing the boats coming and going from Cape Cod Canal (it helped that binoculars are provided!). Also loved: Being able to walk to the water and to Treehouse; watching the birds and bunnies hop into and out of the hiding places in the natural back yard; the super-hot shower. We hope to come back! (Note: If you're not familiar with Town Neck, just know that the houses here are very, very close together so you will not get much privacy. Not an issue for us, but worth noting!)

We had a wonderful stay— highly recommend. Can’t beat the view, the neighborhood, or the hosts. The host was responsive, always reached out first, and incredibly thoughtful. The house has everything you need to cook and stay in to enjoy the incredible deck—listening to the birds and waves! There is enough room for everyone to have their own space but still feels cozy. The views are truly breathtaking. Restaurants and a brewery in walking distance. Wake up to beautiful sunrise. So peaceful. It was just incredible.

Paul’s place was perfect for a post-Labor Day getaway. Great weather and location, walkable to the beach and Treehouse brewery. Really great outdoor space for spending time outside

We very much enjoyed our Labor Day stay at Paul’s house in Sandwich. The home was very cozy and well appointed, and seemed fresh and fun. We loved being able to walk down the road and get on the local beach or hop into the Treehouse brewery. The Sandwich community is also close for enjoying more restaurants and little moments of local history.

Paul's place was cute, clean and beautifully equipped with everything you could need. Even the kitchen equipment impressed both cooks in our party! And Paul couldn't have been more helpful, thoughtful or responsive. Answered every question in minutes. Even came by to help us figure something out. We had a great family vacation!
