C'est la seconde fois que nous louons ce sympathique appartement idéalement situé dans la partie la plus vivante de Saint-Germain. Bien équipé avec deux chambres calmes car situées suffisamment en retrait de l'ambiance qui règne dans la rue.

It’s a nice looking comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. It’s fairly large and you feel at home. However, I would not recommend or stay again. Right when you walk in the smell is very strong! We did report it and they sent someone out to try to fix it. Seemed slightly better for a day, but the odor returned and when you are near the restrooms it’s overwhelming. Also, we are a family of 5 and could not get enough hot water for all of us to shower. We had to resort to turning water off while we lathered just to try and get warm water for all of us. When the water ran out it was freezing and took a long time to heat back up. Finally, as stated in prior reviews the doorways/beams are LOW. We are not tall, but most of us ended up walking into a beam at some point during our stay. Would not book this apartment!

This was a perfect location in Paris. Extremely close to two metro stops, and located on a street with multiple restaurants, boulangeries, and shopping. I felt comfortable with my teenage children walking around on their own to explore this part of the neighborhood. There is a wine bar on the first floor that plays music until 11pm, but otherwise there was very little street noise. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to stay there again!

Great location - the area had many restaurants and shops, and the apartment is close by to tourist attractions. Arnaud was very responsive - he responded immediately to any of our questions. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Things to note: there is only one toilet, low ceilings, no elevator (2nd floor apartment). There is also a wine bar downstairs with music until ~11pm. None of these things bothered our group but worth a note here.

The location was terrific and we loved the 14th century charm. There were a couple of minor things that could have made the stay perfect but overall highly recommend the apartment.
