We stayed a week in this apt. Overall good stay. But when we arrived it was very dusty, seemed like the floors were never properly wiped, there was a smell coming out of one of the bedrooms’ shower. There is no A/C, but two fans are provided. The listing says there is iron, but no iron was found, so i reached out to the host a few times, but still didnt get it in our week long stay. Pros: great location, each bedroom has a shower, comfy bedding, kitchen appliances are nice & new.
Everything as described. The apartment wasn’t listed at the building A entry door bell as instructed, but the contact person responded quickly on messaging app and buzzed us in. The apartment looks as pictured, my family enjoyed the stay.
We really liked the apartment and all the amenities. Absolute hotel feeling, everything absolutely clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Only misunderstanding was the bathroom situation. In the description are mentioned 4 bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. The rooms have their own showers and a sink, but not a toilet. The apartment has 2 toilets for the 4 bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again.
Nous avons réservé un appartement 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain à Saint Germain. 48h avant notre arrivée (et juste après avoir réglé la caution), l’appartement initial n’était plus disponible. Nous avons été relogé dans un appartement 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain et dans un tout autre quartier ! Après de nombreux messages, nous avons obtenu moins de 10% de ristourne. L’appartement où nous avons logé était bien en dessous des prestations annoncées en plus du changement! Douche ultra glissante (voir dangereuse) et bouchée. Lunette des wc mal fixée. Tv défectueuse. Sapin misérable de Noël encore présent un 21 janvier. Couvercle de la poubelle principale défectueux, la poubelle est donc grande ouverte au milieu de l’appartement. Lampe de chevet cassée ou placée à 2,5 m au dessus des lits. Pas d’ouvre-bouteille. Et surtout, 3 chambres à la place de 4 et 2 salles de bain à la place de 4!!!!! SCANDALEUX ! Ps : la consigne renseignée est une arnaque, 110€ pour 1/2 journée!
Apart super, experience nickel de A à Z. Gestion et nettoyage par agence professionnel, aussi propre et bien rangé qu'un chambre d'hôtel. Très bon location, 4 étoiles!
