Cozy bright studio with access to its own garden. The sun shines through the window in the morning and afternoon, which is very positive for the start of a day. Ideal for a vacation alone or for a couple. Veronika is an excellent host, very responsive and positive. Throughout our stay she was quick and detailed to answer questions and even brought a kettle so we could have hot tea in the evenings. Inside there is all the essentials like electric stove, coffee maker, pots, pans and so on. It is kept clean. Separate entrance with code lockers and your own key. Nice location, just a minute walk to L line subway station, which is directly connected to Manhattan and with just one change to JFK airport. There are some local bars, cafes, laundromats, restaurants, etc. nearby. Also there are two dogs next door that you can play with in the garden. Shall we visit NY once again, would willingly stay at Veronika's place.

La casa estaba muy cerca al metro. Hay tiendas a unas cuadras. La calefacción no funcionaba, pero Veronika nos mando varias estufas y con eso se solucionó

Appartement spacieux et très agréable. A 2 minutes du métro, ligne L très pratique. Quartier calme. Possibilité de faire ses courses à proximité. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Je recommande fortement cette location Merci à Veronika qui nous a permis de laisser nos valises jusqu’au soir car notre avion décollait vers minuit. Rien que du ++++++
