Great location, quick drive to Fairfield Bay Marina and the Cool Pool. Very comfortable beds. Only complaints were no hand towels or drying rack in kitchen (heads up, you have to hand wash dishes, no dishwasher), only two garbage bags provided and not enough toilet paper provided to even make it through two days. But for my group of friends, those were not dealbreakers and we definitely would stay there again!

BOOK THIS PLACE! It was one of the best places we have stayed at. We were visiting family in the area, so it was great for us. We were able to walk to our families house. The place is just perfect, clean, kid friendly, easy check in and out, the porch is a great spot to have breakfast on, all the bedrooms were immaculate and the bathrooms too. Jill even stocked the bathrooms with items that you may have forgotten to pack. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. there was a play room and Jill even placed kids books in their rooms. All the touches she left made us feel really special. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away and easy to get to. There is a lake just a few minutes from the house and it's a walkable area. The outdoor area was also perfect. We're so happy that we stayed here and will return to this property when we go back to visit. Communication with Jill was easy and she responded very quickly to everything. She leaves very detailed information and makes you feel welcomed and right at home.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Just minutes away from the boat ramp which happens to be in a cove where everyone hang out at. The beds were super comfortable, the scenery was amazing. We can’t wait to go back!
