Overall, a great stay! The house is great—updated, lots of space for large groups, plenty of beds and bathrooms—and the location is so beautiful, peaceful, and private. Would love to stay again, however, the cleanliness of the house was not up to expected standards. Floors in the whole house were filthy and the toilets were dirty and smelly. Lightbulb was out in the main bathroom making getting ready and bathing difficult. Also, only one trash bag and less than 10 paper towels were left for us for the whole weekend and the host suggested we just place all trash on the counter as a solution to this problem. Not realistic at all, and I would never expect a guest to do something like this! If these issues are resolved, I would love to stay again. Overall, we had a great weekend celebrating our friend’s relaxing bachelorette weekend!

Our stay might have been short but it was great. The house is very beautiful and has everything you may need to have a fun time with the family, it has a nice view of the lake and it is a very calm place. we would 100% recommend it and if I ever return to visit the area I would gladly stay in this beautiful house again.

Business brought is in town for only one night but we loved the place so much we hope to come back again and have more time to enjoy it. Very Comfortable beds and couch. Spacious and clean. Lovely decor and pretty view of the lake through the trees.

We really enjoyed our time here even under the negative circumstances that brought us together. We booked this place for our family, 6 adults and 2 kids, and loved the location, the lay out and the amenities. It’s a great spot to have as our landing spot. The view of the lake is decent but getting to it nearby isn’t the easiest on foot from the house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need. The house really is a great space. My critique is it was not super clean, there was dog hair under the table and kids fingerprints on some of the comforters and windows, etc. we also paid for a late check out and the cleaner was not made aware, making an awkward interaction when she drove quite a ways out to come to clean. Lastly, the hosts were not super responsive, so you may want to call if you need them.

Karen's place was spacious, beautiful, and very will laid out. Rooms were on both sides of the house with bathrooms for all bedrooms. I would highly recommend Karen's
