Enjoy Greers Ferry Lake at this 4BR, 2BA home on a quiet street by the lake, 1/2 mile from the Fairfield Bay marina. This newly updated home offers a relaxing getaway, complete with a huge deck and patio with dining tables, two kitchens, a game room with ping-pong table, a large fire pit, and wi-fi. There's an office space with excellent wi-fi. Venture to Sugar Loaf Mountain via the ferry at the nearby Marina or rent a boat for the day. Check in via digital door code and enjoy! Perfect for families wanting to explore the outdoors, this property boasts a game room and a tranquil backyard setting with a fire pit. This home features two separate living quarters with stairs on the outside of the home to the lower level. There are no inside stairs. This is not a big deal, but we were disappointed that the ping pong table was not a real ping pong table, but a miniature version of a ping pong table. One reason we had selected this property was the ping pong table.

Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Saw many deer driving up to the house and running beside the house. Easy access to the marina. Interesting layout of the house upstairs and downstairs. Melissa is very responsive to requests and problems. Will definitely return sometime in the future,

Overall I was happy with this place - the house was laid out a bit odd (the upstairs and downstairs don’t connect so you have to go outside to get downstairs), but not a huge problem. The floors weren’t cleaned well, we all had to wear socks or slippers or our feet got gross, but everything else was clean. The biggest downside is that you have to bring literally almost everything you need - salt and pepper, dish washing supplies (sponges and dish soap), coffee - the place is empty when it comes to those things so come prepared. Other than that, we were happy with the house and it’s super close to the lake and marina.
