I can’t overstate how gorgeous this place is. The photos honestly don’t do it justice. It’s such a unique property. Fully renovated with luxurious modern amenities (the bathrooms!), while still maintaining all the original details that give this home endless character. Can’t wait to come back! What a lifesaver! After we discovered that our other Airbnb was double booked, we had to scramble to find another location. It was a huge milestone, family gathering, and time was not on our side. We located this house and Erich immediately stepped it up to help us. He was super responsive and friendly, and made it really easy to check in. The place is absolutely beautiful with amazing and thoughtful designs and furnishings, including an attached bathroom for each of the rooms. The kitchen was perfect for our large party. It’s located close to the trolley and a number of restaurants. The street itself can be a little busy with traffic sounds, especially at night, but nothing out of the ordinary for a big city. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and should we all come back to New Orleans, we would definitely stay here again. Hats off to Erich for helping to turn a potentially terrible situation into a memorable vacation for my family.

This home was beyond expectations! The rooms are so comfortable and bathrooms all spacious with excellent showers! The kitchen space and supplies are the best I have seen in an Airbnb by far! The eating and lounging space is perfect and the place overall is charming! Our friends raved about this experience and transportation to French Quarter was easy. Hope to return and appreciate how responsive host was to our questions!

What an incredible home!! Beautiful, big, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, gorgeous high ceilings, and so many added amenities - sodas, waters, coffee, cream, and the list goes on! I will definitely stay here again!

We were very lucky to come across Erich and his listing after a not-so-pleasant experience with another Airbnb in New Orleans. Erich was super responsive, agreeing to re-accommodate our group on only a few hours' notice, which really helped to turn our entire trip around! While the space looked relatively unassuming from the street, it was stunning inside with gorgeous high ceilings, updated fixtures, and super spacious bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) throughout. We loved spending time together in the common spaces but also appreciated the privacy when we retreated to the quiet of our respective rooms. I would highly recommend Erich's place for your group's next NOLA adventure!
