The place was awesome. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Also, it is conveniently located with easy access to retail shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

This is an exceptionally well-prepared studio apartment with full amenities. High quality appliances, plush towels, pristine clean. Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood, a few minute walk to WalMart, a tasty pizza restaurant, and a superb coffee/tea cafe. Short drive to Trader Joe’s shopping center and downtown Arroyo Grande. Probably the cleanest, well-stocked AirBnB I have ever stayed in, including those booked by a family member where I stayed. The w/d makes laundry easy for long stays. I highly recommend and appreciate the opportunity I had to enjoy my time along the Central California Coast. Thank you to my hosts!

Relocated from PA to CA and rented Chris's apartment for 5 weeks. It met all my needs - clean, quiet and comfortable. Chris was a great host. He even collected all my forwarded mail. Highly recommend it. Great location too.

Everything in the description is correct. Great place close to Pismo Beach, Oceano Dunes, San Luis Obispo, and Avila Beach (A must visit). His house is in a great looking and quiet neighborhood...I have nothing but the best things to say about this AirBnB.
