We had a great time at Little Upton Farm, Tythe Barn. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was nice for each room to have an ensuite and there was also a separate toilet downstairs. WiFi reception was good and enabled my husband to work remotely for a day while we were there with no problem. The location is very good and it was easy to get to all the attractions. The views are fantastic and it was nice to have a drink on the patio and enjoy them. My 4 year old daughter loved helping feed the farm animals every day and the owner was very kind and patient with her.

We stayed in Tithe Barn at Little Upton Farm. The house itself is beautifully presented and has all the equipment and creature comforts you could need. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! The barn was spotless and all cleaning equipment was presented to us in a sealed box just for us to use. The setting was perfect for our family. We have a six year old who loved walking to see the farm animals every night and waking up to the sheep in the morning. The garden at the front of the house was perfect for playing games and practising cart wheels. The barn was in a great location near to Ryde and the East coast. There is ample parking a few meters away from the house. The owners were always available for a chat and to answer any questions.

This is a great base from which to explore the island. Great views when you wake up and really quiet too. It was a wet week so we didn't walk much from the house, but there are a few good walks nearby, and it's pretty easy to reach almost anywhere from the island. The cleaning precautions in place were excellent and check-in was really easy. Highly recommend it as a place for your next adventures.

Lovely barn conversion with amazing views from every room. The location is perfect if you have a car, very quiet and rural but within 10 minutes drive of shops/beaches/attractions. Friendly and accommodating hosts. The animal feeding and opportunity to visit them whenever we wanted was a real highlight. I highly recommend staying here!
