The entire property was so peaceful and quiet. Away from the hustle bustle of the city. The host and caretaker were always available to help. Would recommend this place to everyone
It’s an absolute gem of a place, carefully tucked away with stunning views and great ambience. It’s great for people who are looking for something away from the usual hustle and bustle. Also great for private gatherings, the host and caretaker are always available for any assistance you might need. They will set up a campfire on request as well. Just be mindful that it’s a little far from the town so stock up on supplies you might need earlier. All in all, probably one of the best stays at Kodai 🫶🏽💯

We enjoyed our stay at Sippas hideout. The property has a cosy setup with good views of the valley. The host Mr.Sabari and the caretaker Ms.Jacqulin were extremely responsive and ensured that we had a good stay.
Had an absolutely fabulous time at Sipa. Easily one of the best homestay experiences for us. Great location with a fantastic view. both from the bedroom as well as the sitouts on both the floors(ground and basement). We were 4 of us but this place is perfect for 6 and can accomodate easily upto 8. We chromecast movies on the big screen TV, made our own tea, coffee. Jacklyn the care taker was prompt in delivering home made breakfast and dinner. You need to ofcourse order a few hrs in advance. If you're driving to Sipa, the approach road is narrow and very inclined. We had our JEEP Compass, so it was fine. It can get quite cold and windy esp late evening and early morning due to the location . So need to be prepared accordingly. Also, it is a 30 min+/- drive to the Kodai main attractions.. Wifi connection was quite good but power cuts can be a bit annoying even though we have backup power. Sipa has a well equipped kitchen to cook as well as serve meals.
