The apartment was well decorated and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with so many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. However, I have to mention that the neighborhood can get quite loud at night, which was a bit of a nuisance for us light sleepers. The building is also creaky with its wood floors so another noise issue to navigate. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great location and easy check in. Outside of that, we didn’t have the best experience. Upon check in, we noticed our bed didn’t look to be made with clean linens. We reached out to the host upon arrival and didn’t hear any respond for hours. When we did hear back, the only offer they had was for us to use the spare sheets found in a closet. So we remade our bed with clean linens and upon changing noticed even more evidence it didn’t appear clean. Photos were sent to the host and their response (again delayed) was sorry we will bring you new sheets in the morning (which was after two nights into the stay). On our last night an alarm was going off in our building for over an hour before I contacted the host, with no response. The alarm beeped the whole night, until the next morning when the cleaning crew arrived. Although this is a stellar location, the host is not accommodating at all.

Great location but terrible service and description. Very slow to respond to any questions. The following things were ripped, broken, and faulty. Shower curtain was ripped, towels had holes, light above bar didn’t work, toilet paper ring was broken, coat rack hook was broken, amongst other things . We also asked for laundry detergent and they brought us dishwashing pods.
