We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a place that is mostly private and very few people around then this would be a great option for you. As others have said, it is a few kilometers of gravel road but it was well maintained when we were there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is an older structure but also well maintained. Some say dated, however I believe most who enjoy places like this don't really care and are not looking for modern amenities. You can get that type of environment in any city. The hosts were also friendly and accommodating. Overall I found this to be a pleasant getaway and would stay here again if we're in the area.

Will come back there again anytime I visit Golden. The views were amazing, very peaceful and quiet location.

Really cute spot. It is up a dirt road and sits above the town, so you feel like you are out in nature. The lodge was extremely clean and cozy. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Loved this little gem
