A real find. Spent a week with my two young boys and the house was great to relax and feel at home in. Very clean, spacious with all amenities provided. Beach towels, cooler bag and umbrellas were a nice touch. It was walking distance to the Granny and Main beaches. The home was quiet and private. Good wifi for the boys' devices! We will definitely be back. Jess was very proactive, friendly and all round great host.

Jessica's beach cottage was absolutely perfect for our Southbroom holiday. It is a wonderful, spacious beach cottage that immediately makes one feel relaxed and "at the beach". We loved everything about the cottage and can't fault it or our interactions with Jessica. We will definitely use it again if we are back in Southbroom.

I always get nervous when someone says it's an older house but this "Older house" is very modern and very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are lovely and big and the sunroom, that opens up, is a lovely space to sit and watch the kids swim in the splash pool. We would walk to the nearby Granny's pool or to the main beach and we would also walk to the local Coffee shop and Pizzaria for delicious food. Overall, this is a little gem in South Broom and Jessica is extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, and lovely home exactly as described. Jessica was helpful and friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Beds were super comfortable, the house was clean and well equipped.

A great Beach Cottage, close enough for a quick walk to the beach, but tucked away nice and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family.
