We had an amazing time at the property! Perfect location right on the lake (so anyone doing boat rentals can dock the boat right on the property for direct access). The house also came with 2 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddle board. The kitchen was large and made it easy to cook meals to accomodate all guests - also a costco, harris teeter, and publix all about a 15 minute drive away making location ideal for families/parties looking to cook on site. The house was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and plenty of towels (both bath and beach towels), which was a really nice touch. The backyard area is nice and spacious. Weather allowing, we spent many days and evenings out on the deck, which had a fire pit with a natural gas line (never needing to worry about replacing the propane tank or buying fire wood). Also the garage had corn hole tucked away that we brought out to play during the day. Would definitely recommend this property to parties and families looking for a nice relaxing stay at Lake Norman. Would highly recommend this property!

This stay was wonderful! We booked last minute for Christmas and the owner surprised us with a decorated Christmas tree upon our arrival. The home was beautiful and very clean! The view of the lake was beautiful. One note- the size of the outdoor yard is smaller than what the pictures imply and you aren’t allowed to use the fireplace in the living room. This was disappointing to not be able to use during our stay. Overall, great experience!

This is a perfect updated house on a quite street. Very convenient & beautiful drive through Point End. The kitchen was great for all of our dine in meals (huge stove top). The back patio or dock enclosed cabana is perfect for relaxing or lake watching. The lake view is gorgeous. It was very easy since we rented a boat from them too. The 4 bedrooms (plus sleeper sofa room) & 3.5 bathrooms were amazing for the 8 of us. We will definitely be back!!!

Great stay! We were pleased as soon as we arrived. We were hoping for quite stay and that is what we got. I don’t think we even saw one neighbor. dogs loved the back yard. We stayed most of our time reading our back and on the dock. We will be back!
