This home is pet friendly with prior written approval of 1 dog 50lbs or less ($250 pet fee) Maximum overnight occupancy is 22; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, but boats can be tied to the dock. There is a floating dock in the center of board walk paths. This property has active exterior security cameras on the premises pointed to the driveway, porch, road, sides of home and pointed towards the rear of the property. 
Port Royale is conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining/ entertainment, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International airport.
