Susan’s home is off the main trail which was perfect for us. Not alot of noise, or traffic, and with ALL the neighbors being so friendly we felt at home. I had my chef Andre from a previous stay in White House come cook for us with fresh produce from town. Susan always responds and she is a standup businesswoman! We most definitely will be booking here again. Pro: large house with natural breeze flowing throughout, office desk upstairs over viewing the ocean, AC in bedrooms work very well (lower than 25c was to cold for us) Con: not a lot of shade around pool which isn’t really a complaint but for burnt tourists it was lol, large umbrella provided for sitting area around pool

My stay at Susan's was TERRIBLE! My husband and I were subjected to a dirty kitchen, filty, stained pillows and bedding that looked like one of hers urinated on, it was disgusting so that I was afraid to eat anything put in her home. She left old and outdated furniture that was grimy to the touch. I booked with Susan months ago she could have at least brought new pillows for us to rest our heads on instead she left the same old dinghy pillows that she slept on and never changef them out. She thought that we would never know or find out, but we did. She violated CDC code of ethics and guidelines by subjecting to unclean area. Her home was very unkempt, dirty, and unclean. From the time of booking Susan tried to get over and scam me becausr she didn't want to provide breakfast as she had breakfast checked on the Airbnb website listing. Her home was Dirty especially her kitchen, She advertised funiture that was suppose to be for guests to be able to sit in the Living Room area to at least watch a little television but Susan had no furniture in that room like she advertised on Airbnb's site which made my husband, brother-in-law and myself have to be subjected to stay in our rooms. There was no air conditioning in the living room area which also made our stay at her home alot more miserable as well. When I tell you her house was dirty it was unsuitable for guests that isn't familiar with community and/or the home itself to be able to feel.comfortable. I found out that she have dogs that she never spoke about. Because, I am allergic to dogs that is how I found out about her 3 dogs that she said were comfort dogs to her Paraplegic husband that she calls the cartaker for the house. Duri g our entire stay there wss this one dog that continued to jump over this wall that you might see in dome of the pictures. Come to find out that dog was her dog that continued to surround the house. Not only was I petrified as that is apart of my problem with dogs, but I got really sick hyperventilating, watery eyes, itching of the throat, sneezing, coughing, even vomiting from the smell of the dogs recently being in the home. I even missed had to miss several of Bridal Events due to my anxiety and hyperventilating. The bedding was disgusting and hazardous for anybody staying as guests even as homeowners. There were Brown stains on the pillows as well as the comforter that Susan had on the bed when we first checked in. Her home was unfit, untidy and unclean all of which I brought to Susan's attention, but she never really addressed the issues properly only denial. The downstairs bathroom was clogging as well as the upstairs master bedroom's bathroom. The air conditioner in the first bedroom up the stairs to the left in the first did not work. I informed her of all the following, and most of the time she ignored me which was very rude, but then she decided to blame me for her master bedroom being clogged. She was quick to blame me, my 60 year old husband and my 75 year old brother-in-law. We did not get full usage of the home which she advertised. She falsely advertised and misrepresented on many levels, and it was certainly not fair to me and my family. Susan is a liar and she was always trying to get over and scam me and my family. I have requested $500 back of monies paid to her, but now will be asking Airbnb for 100% based on the evidence and proof that I have presented. She has caused me and my family a lot of distress, and made it difficult for us to enjoy our trip. I did inform her immediately about everything. She did admit to everything the conversations we had via messaging. Unfortunately, we could not leave just yet because 1.) There were no other places available, and 2.) The community in which we were in tbat us where my nephew wss getting married in. I sacrificed and traveled there with a slightly broken/fractured/ sprained ankle and this is what we received. I was not expecting that. She subjected me and my family my husband and brother-in-law were miserable and we could not wait to leave her place. She is what you would call a slumlord back in the states. We were very uncomfortable, uptight, distressed and anxious to leave her home. I tell anyone considering staying in her home please think about your decision before anything is finalized. All of you who are reading this you all needed to know this. I would be remiss and I would feel extremely bad if I didn't inform you all of what I went through at this Airbnb. ~Thank You, and Many Blessings on your journey~

Susan was more than accommodating, especially with the last minute plans my group and I had. Everything exceeded our expectations and the the spot has a real homey feel. Would 100% recommended anyone looking somewhere to stay in White House.

Susan was very accommodating with my requests and also helpful in many ways. Her place was beautiful and i loved everything about it. It was decorated perfectly for the location which was beautiful. Everything about my stay was amazing. I will be coming back again!
