The location is decent, close to a tube, but the area is a bit dull. The flat itself is fine, small but has everything you'd need. It's clean and comfortable. My only gripe was that I had an important delivery due, the host told me it was fine to send the house. However, when Royal Mail tried to deliver, they mistakenly went to the front Flat (Flat 1) where the tenant told Royal he won't accept the order. This was extremely inconvenient for us as I had to now deal with hours on the phone with Royal Mail and other company to get my delivery. I feel like the tenant in front could have simply just checked the address and see it was addressed to Flat 2 and NOT Flat 1 and point Royal Mail in the right direction. This simple thing could have fixed hours of stress. I think it's insane that the Flat 1 tenant could be so inconsiderate to send Royal Mail away. Also, I had to wonder if the Airbnb owner never told those in Flat 1 that its possible deliveries might come to Flat 2.

Good place, has all amenities. The windows go into a private garden (nobody normally goes there), so it smells really nice. There are also lots of cats going about their business outside the windows!
