I was very impressed with Grace's response timings, she responded instantly to my booking request and to any other texts I sent. Everything was spotless and attractively laid out, very private and secure. Kitchen was well kitted out and we had a really lovely time. So glad it came up as an option, very happy with our experience. I look forward to coming back!

Amazing host is an understatement, very responsive and willing to help anyway she can, I cannot think of one negative and I would highly recommend, everybody in the building was so friendly and caring and made my stay that much more enjoyable. I genuinely believe the room is worth more so thanks you for a wonderful stay

Grace is an amazing host, and communication was perfect. The room is just as in the description, clean and comfy. Unfortunately it was very loud at night, ambulances driving outside very often and loud music coming from the other rooms. If you are in London for work and need to sleep early, you might consider another option.
