We had a great time at this house. It sits directly in the lake. The house itself is really nice and has everything you need. The only problem we had was with the cleanliness of the property. The floor was dirty and there were some hairs in the bathtub and on one of the beds.

The cottage was excellent, it was peaceful, the view was gorgeous (even during a snow storm), and it was easy to find. My wife and 17 month old son stayed here in mid march knowing we most likely were going to be snowed in. Overall the place had everything we needed, although the plow services were delayed as we were approaching checkout. I reached out to Marlena who was delayed in responding as she was in the west coast. I asked previously if there was flexibility in the 10am checkout, and Marlena explained there was not so I was torn how long to wait before I began shoveling. With only 20 minutes before checkout, and a 17 month year old in my care, I decided to shovel out. Coincidentally, the plow showed up right as I finished. Marlena had responded after a few hours while I was outside, so classic “tag”. So some communication challenges, but overall the experience was great.

What a beautiful home. The lakefront was superb and the location was great. We were able to walk 5 mins away to go hiking. Not many food options near by but that was okay since we brought our own stuff to cook. Perfect for a little weekend getaway and very peaceful. Would 100% do again and would recommend to anyone

Adorable lake cabin, looked just like the photos, perfect for a girls weekend getaway. 5 min down the road from Mt Sunapee and the lake views were awesome.
