This was our 2nd time staying at Alicia’s place for our annual ski trip to Mt Sunapee. The location of this house is excellent (minutes from the mountain) and it has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with high quality items. The washer and dryer were very handy for washing a few items here and there. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Alicia was a terrific host and I thought her hospitality, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness really set this house apart from others we’ve stayed at. Instructions on how to check in and check out were clear. All of our questions were immediately answered. Best of all, she made sure the house was stocked with the small things that other hosts overlook - a new sponge for the kitchen, a new bar of bath soap, two-ply toilet paper, a binder with comprehensive local recommendations, etc! These things really make a difference!

A view that never gets old! An incredibly beautiful location, with the added pleasure of watching blazes of red and yellow take over the mountain if you stay in the fall. The house has a beautiful, spacious kitchen that is stocked with every implement you might need. The internet connection is a wired fiber connection through TDS with wifi speed 315 mbps download / 136 mbps upload. Alicia is quick to respond with any questions you may have. The house is in close proximity to other homes, so you will hear and see the neighbors out and about on their respective piers (nothing noisy late at night though). A number of great hiking options are nearby, and you are ~1 hr 20 min from hikes around Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake, and the southwestern area of the White Mountains, all of which are truly spectacular.

What a beautiful place! It is perfect for a peaceful & private vacation. The house is equipped with everything you should need & the hosts were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this spot!
