We had a great stay at Indra’s cottage - it was perfect for our young kids and the estate has lots of activities to offer
What an amazing set up! Us and the kids had the best time! We had no idea that the cottage was part of a wonderful lake and activity complex. The cottage itself is cute, cosy and clean. It had absolutely everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. The amenities at Lower Mill estate were just fantastic for our family. We went on a particularly busy, Easter weekend. But we still managed to make the most of everything on site. Top tips for the pool and other activities: The outside pool closest to the cottage is ace. We swam there in March 😵 with 2 kids under 4! But if you want to get into the indoor pool, make sure you head to the pool 10 mins before the session starts. Join the line and you’ll be fine. If you show up just after a session has started then you’re likely to be turned away. Before you go: Check out the lower mill website and pre book spa treatments and the Balihoo restaurant as things get booked up. Also there’s soft play (you need to book!
Lovely cosy cottage with close proximity to the wonderful spa facilities which we used daily. Even with the very rainy start to the New Year we had a wonderful stay and found lots to do on site (even with the flooding it was great to get some fresh air and see the birds/try to spot the beavers!) and in the local area. The cottage was well placed for Cirencester, local shops and conveniences. We really enjoyed our stay, and Indra and John were very accommodating, and responded quickly to any queries. We will hopefully be back!

Gorgeous cosy cottage with the real added bonus of great shared facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, spa, sauna and steam. We had a lovely week here. Indra’s instructions and suggestions were very helpful. Can also recommend The George pub in South Cerney. Lovely food and happily welcome dogs!
