I left my bags with staff before check-in. The public restroom was clogged, which was inconvenient as I was between rooms/hotels and early check-in was unavailble. The room had a slight odor and could use some improvement. However, I appreciated the provision of makeup towels. The pool and its view were enjoyable, although there weren't many seating options poolside. The location is nice and was a bit quieter than the place I stayed the previous nights. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Alexis & Scott communicated directions and the check in process in detail. Which was appreciated. The staff was also very accommodating as they were able to check us in an hour early and held our bags until then. This is definitely a budget hotel. The room could use a deep cleaning as it had a musty smell. The bathroom did not have a complete door to it. There was about a 18 inch gap on the top and bottom of it. This made the room very humid when taking a shower and also didn’t provide much privacy when using the facilities. The resort was a bit noisy through the night as there is a lively bar literally a stones throw away from the room. On a positive note the air conditioning worked very well! We only stayed one night so we managed. However this would be a good option for travelers on a budget looking for no frills and just a place to lay their head.

It looked like there were better rooms than we got, but ours was fine for sleeping. AC worked great, excellent location, but very, very basic...

Location is great, but we didn’t expect it to be a such a big place. Also due to the location one could hear everything from the outside. On another note especially if you plan to stay there, the room service is not included and there was only one window, so it gets easily smelly after some days. Other than that you can’t really say anything against it for the price

It was a little difficult to locate but I fault myself for that because I didn’t think that I wouldn’t have wifi on arrival. I had to stop in another hotel and use theirs. This was a nice little place. Doors could be a bit more secure and the towels provided by the office were terrible. (Which is why I bring my own.). That’s the only thing I would change. Everything else was great.. the location and the pool as an option to the beach! Nice!
