Kathi was a great host! The place was 3 min from the Gaylord of the Rockies--I was attending a conference there. Sprouts was just a few min away and I picked up some breakfast items and kept them in the mini-fridge in the room. The bed was great, shower was awesome, and she had some nice extras I needed (hair dryer, a few disposable utensils for breakfast, etc). Really appreciate her kindness and flexibility!

This is our second time staying at Kathi's, and we look forward to doing so again. Kathi has a great, quiet place to stay while attending events at the Gaylord convention center. It's not far from the airport, and we found a couple nice restaurants close by. Kathi is a great host and responds quickly to requests or inquiries. We will stay here anytime we're in the area!
