I had such a wonderful time at Jason’s airbnb! It looked just like the photos, was peaceful, on a beautiful street and walking distance to so many places. I walked to the beach almost every day while I was there. I highly recommend this place and will be back again!

We would absolutely book with Jason again. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and some nice cafe's. Jason went out of his way to make our stay memorable and relaxing. He was always available if we had questions or needed anything. Really appreciated the fresh coffee beans provided for that extra touch of hospitality.

Before arriving, Jason asked if we would like coffee, milk, and sugar. He provided all of these and nice staples were included in the kitchen. Jason also had a shower mat which gave us a feeling of security. We would stay again in this comfortable home!

I stayed at Jason's when I was moving to LA, before I found a place. It made a great home base. Amazing location with easy street parking and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. It is also a nice quiet street. The home was cozy and had everything I needed to sleep well, cook and work remotely. Jason was helpful and responsive with any and all questions. A great spot!
